Workouts for EVERY LEVEL at Friday Night Lights, and it is okay if you can't make all the events!

Whiteboard of the Day

Today’s workout is a play on Open Test 17.5, but the thrusters are heavier and there are more double-unders in each round.

This workout is meant to be a sprint with fast transitions between movements and plenty of heavy breathing.

Choose a thruster load that is challenging but still allows you to complete the movements in three sets or less each round.

No round of double-unders should take longer than 1:00; scale accordingly to meet this stimulus.

Before starting the workout, we will go for a heavy push press to feel a heavier load overhead before the workout.

Stick around when you’re done for some stretching and mobility.
