TUESDAY 04/16/2024

This week, we all have our own individual goals and challenges, but by trusting the process and showing up each day, we can truly unlock our full potential. Every movement we tackle, from the simplest to the most complex, requires dedication and perseverance. Remember that progress takes time, and it's important to stay patient and trust in the process. Let's push ourselves out of our comfort zones, challenge our limits, and embrace the growth that comes from consistency. Together, let's make this week the best one yet and show ourselves what we are truly capable of achieving!!

Whiteboard of the Day

This gymnastics couplet has one partner working at a time as the two of you get through the three rounds as fast as possible.
Complete the toes-to-bar reps in sets of 5 or more; scale to knees-to-armpits or hanging knee raises if unable to maintain the kip.
Push to never take more than 5 seconds of rest on the floor between wall walk reps. Partners may switch after completing 2 or more reps.
Shorten the range of motion or substitute inchworms if unable to ascend the wall. If needed, strategize transitions for needed rest and/or reduce volume to 3 or 4 reps/round.
Each round should take between 3-5 minutes; adjust the movements as needed to complete the first round in under 4 minutes to account for fatigue.
