(From Coach Ian's Plate tonight)Fresh catch Mahi mahiMarinade: Lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, cumin and parsleyPre heat grill after marinade beginsCut summer squash, zuchini squash + broccoli while grill heats up. Saute in olive oil with onions if desired. Medium heat, covered so it steams. Or put into tin foil and put on grill around 15 min. Turn it at 7.5 if on grill. If sautee/steaming, stir every 4 minToss mahi mahi on grill for 16 min @375-450Take off and sautee will be ready! Add small salt and pepper as desired. Super easy
