Today, we have a fun descending burpee ladder with 400-meter runs between sets.
Shoot to complete the workout in 25 minutes or less; scale reps and/or distance as needed to meet this stimulus.
We’ll move through some running drills before the workout to dial in mechanics.
Shoot for fast transitions between movements today, and leave it all out on the floor!
