Today’s workout is a moderately heavy, higher-skill-based workout. The reps are relatively low in each round, making the challenge more manageable.
Choose a moderate deadlift loading that allows you to go unbroken for at least the first few rounds.
Complete the handstand push-ups in two sets or less. If you only have a few reps, reduce the number to 4 or 5 to get the practice.
We’ll build to a heavy 3-rep deadlift before the workout.
Following the workout, expect to spend some time stretching before heading out of the gym.
