Whiteboard Of the Day

Get ready for a fun-filled grippy workout.

The snatch load should feel relatively light. You should be able to complete all seven reps in 2 sets or less.

Complete the rope climbs in 1:00 or less in each round. Expect the grip to become a limiting factor.

We’ll recover and stretch as a class before leaving the gym.
