Open Gym

We offer open gym hours throughout the week. Drop into the gym outside of class times to work on technique, do additional workouts, or make-up a workout you missed.

All open gym hours are supervised by a coach, ready to observe and correct form when necessary to prevent injuries. The most likely individuals to take advantage of open gym hours are experienced CrossFitters.

Open gym hours offers individuals an opportunity to continue their CrossFit journey without interfering with regular class schedules.

Welcome to CrossFit Kids, a dynamic and engaging fitness program designed specifically for children! At our gym, we believe in empowering young minds and bodies through exciting workouts and functional movements.
