We have a fun chipper-style workout today!
Challenge yourself to push the pace on the erg and then expect the barbell to feel a little heavier than you might hope.
The barbell and DB loading should allow you to perform at least 10 reps at a time.
Challenge yourself to keep moving, limiting rest. Once you are done, you are done!
Prior to starting the workout, we will work on building up to a heavy set of overhead squats from the floor.
