High Hang Squat Clean
we will approach this as a ”clean balance” which isn't really a thing but we use those terms to describe this drill/lift

Metcon Of th e Day

400m Run
5 Muscle Up 2 Support (Ring or Bar) or 10 Pull Ups*
11 Thrusters**
*No drip/press-out needed
**shoulders are probably a little tired after Tuesday… be fast in the squat and explosive with the hips
