In 15 minutes Establish a max weight for the following complex:
2 Dead Lifts
1 Squat Clean
2 Dead Lifts
**without letting go of barbell or resting weight on the round, all reps must be touch and go**

AMRAP 12
10 Air Squats
10 AMSU
10 HRPU
1 Heavy Squat Clean
