As we reflect on the success of the 2024 FNL, we have SO much to look forward to throughout the year. There was so much camaraderie and support during the Open! Great job everyone!! Can't wait to see everyone continue to push themselves, support each other, and achieve their goals.

Whiteboard of the Day

Today’s workout targets building grip strength and endurance.
The farmers carry should always be unbroken and never take longer than 45 seconds; reduce load first and then distance if needed.
Prioritize the chest-to-bar pull-ups today. Expect your grip to fatigue quicker than usual; this will likely impact your pull-up efficiency.
Shoot to complete all 10 chest-to-bar pull-up reps in 1-3 sets. If needed, scale to chin-over-bar pull-ups or banded strict pull-ups to maintain multiple reps at a time.
We’ll practice the Turkish getup after the workout today. You can build in load if you demonstrate stability and control, but if it’s a new movement the goal will be to stay light and build consistency.

100-m run
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Skill Work

10 Turkish get-ups/arm
– Use a single DB or KB.
– Build in load as desired through all 10 reps.
