ANNOUNCEMENTS

5:30 & 6:30 WODs will be combined into a special 6pm St. Patrick's Day WOD at 6:00pm
BYOB in the gym afterwards!

Please read the email we sent out this afternoon regarding our new practices. These new practices are in place so that we can stay open and provide you all with a safe place to leave the house and workout.

We understand that a few people may want to stay at home and we are here for you too! We will be providing body weight at home workouts on our blog every day for the next few weeks.
