Whiteboard Of the Day

This chipper is a workout that feels fast but requires strategic pacing.

Shoot to complete each part of the workout in 2:30 or less.

Use a moderate kettlebell load that allows for unbroken reps to start the workout.

Pace the toes-to-bars and handstand push-ups from the start to avoid failure. Reduce the volume if you cannot maintain sets of 3-5 reps.
