Whiteboard Of the Day
Today we’ve got a fun partner workout that has you climbing, jumping, and squatting in pairs! Complete this one together in less than 21 minutes.
Break up the reps as needed between partners.
The rope climbs should take no more than 3:00 and the burpee box jump-overs and the overhead squats no more than 2:00 each.
We’ll take time in the warm-up to find appropriate scaling options and partner pairings to meet this stimulus.
For some extra fun, we’ll take time to find a max-height box jump for the day before the workout too.
Workout Of the Day
3 rounds for time with a partner:
10 rope climbs (15 ft)
20 burpee box jump-overs (20/24 in)
30 overhead squats (75/115 lb)
