Whiteboard Of the Day

We have two different workouts today for you to choose from. At 9am we are holding a special workout in honor of Amy that someone has named "The Pregnancy Workout" were we will Saran Wrap medicine balls to everyones midsection and perform some of Amy's favorite movements! at 11am we are our normal programming!

Today is an interval-style workout. Shoot to maintain a consistent number of calories and reps, setting a challenging goal that you can maintain for at least three of five rounds.

The dumbbell load should allow you to complete at least 12 reps each round. Keep in mind that you do not have to hold the dumbbells in the rack the entire minute. Take breaks and try to get in two or three solid sets within the minute.

9am Pregnancy Workout Of the Day

With a med ball saran wrapped to your midsection perform the following:
On a 20 Minute Clock Complete As Many Reps Of:
Row 500m
30 Air Squats
30 Walking Lunges
30 Sit Ups
30 Burpees
Row 500m
20 Air Squats
20 Walking Lunges
20 Sit Ups
20 Burpees
Row 500m
10 Air Squats
10 Walking Lunges
10 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
- This is an AMRAP so after the 10 burpees start back over at the top and keep crushing it!

11am Metcon Of the Day

5 rounds for reps:
1:00 bike for calories
– Rest :30.
1:00 double-DB push presses (35/50 lb)
– Rest :30.
