Today’s workout challenges you to complete set work before chipping away at your score. Get through the burpees and wall-ball shots, and then start stacking up those ring dips.
Spend no more than 1:15 on the burpees or 1:00 on the wall-ball shots. Plan to have at least :30 in each set to perform ring dips. If you don’t think you can complete the first two exercises within the desired time, reduce reps to 10-15.
This workout is a great opportunity to work on your dips and accumulate volume. If you are not able to perform ring dips yet, lower the rings and use your feet to assist.
Following the workout, we will spend time stretching before heading out of the gym

20 bar-facing burpees
20 wall-ball shots (14/20 lb) (9/10 ft)
AMRAP ring dips
– Rest 1:00 between rounds.
