This WOD is a take off of the "CrossFit Total" with a twist! You will have 30 minutes to load bars, and transition from one lift the next establishing an 8 rep max of each movement partitioning your 30 minutes to your liking to accomplish the highest number for each lift and for all three combined. 4 scores today... and 7 years ago today CrossFit ATP was under construction.
