CHANGE OF PLANS ANNOUCEMENT

Out of an abundance of caution and peace of mind for myself and all of you, I am canceling select workouts over the next two days until I receive the results of a PCR test to confirm the many negative rapid test I have taken over the last several days while my family member has COVID.
