Today’s heavy day is a 2-rep thruster!
The first working set should be near 70% of your 1-rep max thruster load. From there, increase in load every 5:00 for three total opportunities to add.
Lift every minute on the minute. If you partner up, the second athlete will perform their set immediately after the first finishes.
Take barbells from the floor. The first rep may be a squat clean, but doesn’t have to be.
After the workout, we will focus on stretching and recovering for the heavy day.
