Whiteboard Of the Day

Today, we have a fast sub-5:00 couplet.

To hit the stimulus, scale the load and/or movement variation appropriately so that you leave nothing in the tank.

Complete the sumo deadlift high pulls in 1-2 sets each round and the toes to bars in no more than 3 sets.

We’ll take plenty of time to practice these movements and find appropriate scaling options in the warm-up.

Get ready for bonus posterior chains strengthening work after the workout.
