Whiteboard Of the Day

Today’s triplet may seem simple, but it’s a serious leg-burner of a workout!

The bar-facing burpees will be fast in early rounds, but will likely slow down in the 3rd and 4th.

The front squats must be done in 1-2 sets each round. Reduce the load to maintain this stimulus.

Shoot to finish in 12:00-18:00. Adjust the bar loading and burpee and single-under volume to keep each round to 3:00-4:00.

Metcon Of the Day

4 rounds for time:
15 bar-facing burpees
15 front squats (85/115 lb)
75 single-unders

Accessory Strength Of the Day

5 strict ring dips
– Hold the bottom and top for :01 each.
- Titrate weight to effect ;)
