Whiteboard Of the Day

Bench press day with a decreasing ladder for a total of 55 reps.

Start at a moderate load with your first working set and add small jumps in load across each set.

Perform a new set every 3:00, allowing plenty of rest between lifts.

Avoid going too heavy too soon and failing reps mid-workout.

Partner up in groups of 2-4 on a bench, encourage each other, and have fun today!
