Whiteboard Of the Day
- Get ready for a fun grip burner of a workout today.
- The deadlift load should be moderately heavy but still allow you to perform the 9 reps in 3 sets or less. Shoot to complete consistent sets of 5 reps with your chosen weight.
- Choose a farmers carry load that’s challenging but allows you to complete the 100-m distance unbroken for all of the rounds.
- Have some fun with this one. Following the workout, expect some time for stretching and mobility before leaving the gym.
