Do:
Push Press

Then,
Eccentric Bent Over Rows
4x7
on the rows lower the bar as slow and controlled as possible, keep torso parallel to the ground for maximum lat ROW.

Do:
Strict Hand Stand Push Up
4xME
or
Feet On High High Object Push Up
(touch chin to ground)
4x7
Then,
Tempo Object Pull Over
4x7
(8-2-8-2)
on the tempo pull overs, lay down with heavy object overhead, with straight arms slowly bring object to your waist while slowly counting to 8, count to 2, reverse direction keeping arms straight and slowly bring object back over head counting to 8, pause for 2 seconds and repeat for 7 reps. Keep using those pull up muscles!
