Whiteboard Of the Day

This workout is a test of endurance, stamina, and mental fortitude that leans towards cardiorespiratory endurance at the start and strength at the end.

Ensure the run stays under 9:00 to save time and energy for the carries.

Modify the distances and/or loads to meet the stimulus.

Use a load that allows for a fast shuffle to start and consistent walking to finish for each carry.

Power & Speed Work Of the Day

For time:
1,600-meter run
800-meter med-ball carry (14/20 lb)
400-meter single-KB carry (35/53 lb)
200-meter double-KB carry (35/53 lb)
