Today’s workout is challenging and fun if you embrace the stimulus.
With only 6:00 to work, be sure to push the pace of the run, coming in sub 4:30; the effort you put in on the run will dictate how difficult this workout is.
Scale the total distance if you can’t hit this timeline.
Choose a barbell load that allows you to perform at least 10 unbroken reps.
Prior to moving the lighter weight in the workout, we will spend some time building up to a heavy set of 5 overhead squats from the floor.
