Workout Of the Day 

We will be doing an outdoor group workout Saturday 10 am weather permitting, or Sunday if the weather doesn't cooperate.
You'll Need:
Yoga Mat
Dumbbell (if you have one)
Jump Rope (if you have one)

Warm Up

400m Run
10 Push Up Tucks
10 Side Lunges
10 Straight Leg Toe Touches
10 Sampson Stretches
6 Dive Bombs
10 Siper Man + Twist
10 Neck Circles

Strength Of the Day

Strict Press

Metcon Of the Day

6 Gob Squats
6 Alt. KB Lunges**
**Hold The KB anyway you want**
