in this workout you will drill and warm up the power clean and push jerk with your coach then be given a few minutes to practice with an empty bar on your own. no weight may be added to a barbell until 3,2,1...GO! upon GO! the athlete may add weight. one weight change is permitted every minute, a weight change is not mandatory. the lift may be attempted multiple times. move objectively not subjectively. move fast. move with power. engage your muscles to initiate your lift mindfully (this will level any lifter up).
