Welcome to the second workout of the 2024 CrossFit Games Open!
Today’s workout is a long effort that will require endurance and stamina.
With these longer workouts, it’s important to minimize mistakes and find a pace you can maintain. It’s important to breathe and consider how you get in and out of the rower as well as how you put down your jump rope. These details can make up for a lot of time across a long workout like this one.
Depending on your capacity, the load of the barbell should be light to moderate.
The row should take no more than 2:00.

10 deadlift (125/185 lb)
50 double-unders


:30 scorpion stretch hold/side
:30 pigeon stretch/leg
