Whiteboard of the Day

Today we have a fun, fast couplet that combines weightlifting and gymnastics.
Everyone should finish in under 15 minutes, with advanced athletes shooting to complete this in 7 minutes or less.
Scale appropriately to ensure you can complete both the sumo deadlift high pulls and the handstand push-ups in 2 sets or less every round.
Try and get upside down today, even if it’s pushing a little outside your comfort zone. That’s how we adapt!
After the workout, we’ll go for a heavy 3-rep sumo deadlift to round out the day. Note that if you went heavy during yesterday’s back squat, plan to keep this sumo deadlift to a moderate load.


7 rounds for time:
10 sumo deadlift high pulls (65/95 lb)
10 handstand push-ups
